I've been baking and cooking nearly all my life, but I became serious about food after the birth of our twin daughters in 2005. I wanted to be able to give my family the very best. Being able to know what ingredients went into the meals we ate was the very best way to do just that. I began to make and bake as many things as I could; with my devotion to food growing with each & every new dish. Before I knew it, I was making and baking every thing from our daily meals to special occasion dishes to every single birthday cake.
In my house, we are raising very adventurous eaters which has allowed me to experiment and develop my love of international cuisine. From the UK's Priddy Oggies & Tikka Masala to Greek Pastitsio, Japanese Poke or Polish Kolache, there's absolutely nothing I won't venture to make.
